Steve Lessar

Steve Lessar is Partner, Private Equity and Co-Head of Equity Secondaries at Apollo.
Before joining in 2022, Steve was a Managing Director and Co-head of Secondaries at BlackRock.
Prior to that, Steve was a Managing Director and Co-head of Secondaries at Goldman Sachs.
Steve is a member of the Equity Secondaries Investment Committee.
Steve holds a BS in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
