Steve R.
Inman – Mr. Inman serves as a Managing Director-Real Estate Due Diligence for ARCap.
He is responsible for management of ARCap’s due diligence process, quality control, and relationships with issuers and loan originators.
Mr. Inman formerly served as a Director of REMICap since commencement of its operations and was responsible for establishing its comprehensive due diligence and analytical procedures.
Mr. Inman assisted in the creation and implementation of ARCap’s proprietary “Base Case System” designed to facilitate “on line” data management for commercial loans and properties, cash flows analysis, and portfolio stressing.
Mr. Inman has 30 years of commercial real estate experience including real estate development, construction lending, mortgage banking, consulting, and resolution of distressed commercial loan portfolios.
Mr. Inman has served as President of two independently owned commercial mortgage banking firms, Holliday Mortgage and Workmark, Inc., as well as Operating Partner of a national real estate development firm, Property Company of America.
He received his BA in 1968 and his MBA in 1970, both from the University of Oklahoma.
