Steven Smith, aged 44 yrs, joined ECHO in November 2004 as Chief Information Officer.
Prior to joining ECHO, Mr. Smith was Vice President of Engineering for Digital Insight (a financial services ASP providing Internet banking, bill payment, cash management and loan origination capabilities to over 1,500 financial institutions across North America), where he was accountable for all product development.
Mr. Smith has also served as a CIO and Vice President of Research and Development for Lombardi Software in Austin, Texas and as a Partner with Ernst & Young/CAP Gemini.
Mr. Smith holds a B.A.
degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas in Austin.
