TPG-Axon Capital (UK) LLP (TAC-UK) is the UK alternative investment subsidiary of TPG-Axon Capital, itself a subsidiary of TPG Capital LP in the US, a leading global private investment firm founded in 1992 by David Bonderman, James Coulter and William Price,. In 2010, the firm merged with Montrica Investment Management. Under the merger agreement, Montrica's founder and partners will become partners of TPG-Axon and will retain their fund's name. Located in London, TAC-UK provides services to high-net worth individuals, pension funds, and banking institutions.
