Prior to joining Cypress, Mr. Ferguson began his professional career with R.
D.
Norris Mortgage.
He subsequently joined Flagler National Bank as a Loan Officer, rising to the position of Executive Vice President with direct responsibility for the Loan Division, the Branch Administration Division, and the Business Development Department.
He was previously the Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer of Palm Beach National Bank & Trust Company.
He attained the rank of Captain in the United States Army while on active duty from 1968 to 1971.
Mr. Ferguson received his B.A.
degree from Emory University in 1967.
He also graduated from University of Wisconsin in 1981 and the Advanced Management Program at Emory University Business School in 1985.
