Thomas Kunder

Mr. Thomas Kunder is Business Partner at Constellation AG.
He was Managing Director and CFO of Heliad Equity Partners a dedicated listed private equity house based in Frankfurt and Zurich.
In his role Thomas was responsible for accounting and tax related issues, deal sourcing, structuring and financing as well as investor relations.
Prior to joining Heliad in October 2008, he was Senior Manager of private equity transaction services at KPMG, Frankfurt, leading due diligence transactions for financial and strategic investors of national and international corporate in various segments.
Until September 2005 heacted as Senior Vice President and Head of Underwriting for Hudson Advisors (Lone Start Private Equity / Opportunity Fund), Frankfurt, responsible of evaluation and pricing of NPL (Non Performing Loan) portfolios.
From October 2000 to February 2004, he was Senior Manager of Corporate Transaction Services at PWC, Frankfurt.
He led corporate due diligence transactions of deal volumes between EUR 500k and 1Bn and consulted and supported strategic and financial investors.
Prior to PWC he spend 8 years with KPMG, Frankfurt and New York in the role as Manager Audit carrying out various national and international audit engagements.
Mr. Kunder is German certified CPA and Tax Advisor.
He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Frankfurt.
