Thomas Keffer is a Director of Skytide, Inc. He founded Rogue Wave Software in 1989 and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 1998 and remained as Chairman of the company until 2002.
Prior to joining Rogue Wave, he was Faculty at the University of Washington and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
Dr. Keffer received a PhD in Physical Oceanography from Oregon State University in 1980.
