Mr. Tom Byron is Senior Vice President-Human Resources of LoanCity.com.
He oversees LoanCity's Human Resources department, managing the company's staffing, training and payroll functions.
He joined LoanCity in March 2003 with a proven track record as a partner to management and executive teams in building highly effective organizations.
He has over 14 years of prior human resources experience spanning several industries including high technology and financial services.
He has proven expertise in developing, supporting and sustaining human resources functions though various stages of a company's lifecycle - startup, hypergrowth, maturity and restructuring.
Prior to joining LoanCity, he led the human resources function for a nationwide outsource information technology provider.
He has previously held HR management positions with Integrated Device Technology, Fortis Financial, and in the temporary staffing industry.
He holds a BS degree in Business Management from San Diego State University.
