Tom J. Rashotte

Mr. Rashotte joined TD Capital in 2000.
Mr. Rashotte held various positions within CIBC including Managing Director of Loan Underwriting and Syndication.
From 1995 until joining TD Capital, Mr. Rashotte was a Managing Partner with CIBC Capital Partners where he specialized in highly leveraged mezzanine lending and private equity investments.
Mr. Rashotte received his M.B.A.
in Finance from York University and his B.A.
(Honours) from Carleton University.
