Vicki Gu joined Tishman Speyer in 2017 and as Head of Human Capital in China oversees all aspects of talent management and culture building across the region, with a focus to foster stronger communication and staff cohesion and pride.? She also led the concept design of Tishman Speyer China’s regional headquarter, pioneering the open-space and mobile desking concept.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Vicki was Head of HR and Chief of Staff at Booz & Company Greater China (now PwC Strategy&), and brings over twenty years of management consulting experience from Bain & Company and IBM Global Business Services serving major clients in financial services and consumer sectors.? Vicki graduated from U.C.
Berkeley with a B.A.
in Computer Science, and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
