In 1988, he joined the Loan Review Department of USBancorp, Inc. In 1990, Mr. Locher joined Three Rivers Bank and was Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer.
He is a Director of the Young Presidents' Organization, Chairman of the Auberle Corporation Board, 1st Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the National Aviary, a Trustee of Robert Morris University and a Member of Advisory Board of Imani Christian Academy.
Mr. Locher graduated from the University of Pittsburgh.
