Wayne S. Patterson

Wayne S.
Patterson has been the First Senior Vice President of Toll Brothers, Inc. since 2002.
Mr. Patterson joined Toll Brothers, Inc. in 1983 as a Project Manager.
Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Wayne spent twenty-one years with the consulting/engineering firm of Van Note-Harvey Associates in Princeton where he was Senior Vice President and Director of Planning and Land Development.
He is a graduate in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
