Wayne S. Woodman

Mr. Woodman joined GKM Advisers in 2002 from Tower Asset Management, an affiliate of M.L.
Stern & Co. LLC, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for over 10 years.
Prior to joining Tower, he worked in various capacities at M.L.
Stern & Co., including Senior Vice President, Head of the Taxable Bond Department and Head Taxable Bond Trader.
He has served four terms as a member of the Charles Schwab Institutional Advisory Board and currently serves as a board member of the Los Angeles Business Council.
Since 1998, Worth magazine has recognized Mr. Woodman on its annual 250 Best Financial Advisers survey from across the U.S.
Mr. Woodman attended The Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University where he earned a Bachelor's degree with a specialty in finance.
