Bosera Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Bosera AM) is an independent Chinese asset management firm which was founded in 1998. Formerly known as Boshi Fund Management, the firm is headquartered in Shenzhen with branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Shenyang and Chengdu. Bosera AM provides professional investment services for clients, with business covering fund raising, fund distribution, asset management and any other businesses permitted by China Securities Regulatory Commission. Authorized by the National Council of Social Security Fund, the firm manages part of the National Social Security Fund portfolios. In addition, Bosera AM provides investment management services to several corporate pension funds and segregated accounts.

Tian Hong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Tian Hong) is the investment adviser subsidiary of Ant Group Co., Ltd. in China. Headquartered in Tianjin, Tian Hong was founded in 2004 and provides investment advice and investment consultancy services.

China Southern Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CSAM) is an independent Chinese fund management firm which was founded in 1998. Headquartered in Shenzhen, the firm launched China's first listed open-ended fund in 2004 and manages a range of close-ended and open-ended investment funds for institutional clients and private individuals. They are one of the investment managers selected by the Chinese government to manage an institutional mandate for the National Social Security Fund. In 2007, CSAM acquired QDII status (Qualified Domestic Institutional Investors) allowing them to invest in the overseas capital markets under the foreign exchange control system in China. They announced the launching, in cooperation with US-based Mellon Financial Corporation, of their first QDII investment fund in 2007.
