Xiang Sheng Li

Mr. Li Xiang sheng is the Chief Executive Officer and Convener of Investment Committee of Bohai Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.
He graduated from the Department of Physics of Nanjing University in 1985, and received his degree of LLB from Nanjing University in 1986.
In 1991, he received his degree of LLM from the University of London.
He got professional qualification for lawyer.
Before joining Bohai in 2007, Mr. Li was Director of Hong Kong Peregrine Investment Holdings Limited, President of Beijing Century Tiger Technology Company, Vice President of Huawen Investment Holding Company, and Managing Director of Macquarie Investment Advisory Group (Beijing), respectively.
Mr. Li has many years of experiences in the investment industry.
He is now responsible for the investment and development of Bohai.
