Ying Lin

Ms. Ying Lin joined us in 2011 and serves as the General Legal Counsel.
Ying leads the legal team to provide legal support at Sinovation Ventures.
She is also responsible for all legal matters related to the fund raising, compliance and management.
Her team has received ALB Award as "Top In-house Team in China" in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
She personally was awarded by China IP Magazine as "China Outstanding In-house IP Manager" in 2013 and by ALB as "Top 15 In-House Lawyer" in 2016 and 2017.
She was previously a Partner at Dacheng, the largest law firm in China, specializing in corporation, private placements, private funds, M&A and securities.
Previously, Ying was a lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons.
She graduated from the University of International Business and Economics, with a Bachelor in International Trade and a Master and a Ph.D.
of Law in International Economics Law.
