Presently, Hoon Pin Chye occupies the position of Chief Operating Officer for NetLink NBN Trust and Chief Operating Officer of OpenNet Pte Ltd. and Chief Operating Officer at Netlink Trust (both are subsidiaries of NetLink NBN Trust).

He is also on the board of Netlink Trust Management Services Co. Pte Ltd. and Netlink Trust Operations Co. Pte Ltd.

In his past career Mr. Chye was Chief Executive Officer at Pacific Bangladesh Telecom Ltd. and Vice President-IPTV Infrastructure at Singapore Telecommunications Ltd.

He received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from National University of Singapore.
