Lori MacPherson is on the board of JAKKS Pacific, Inc. and Polytechnic School.

In her past career Ms. MacPherson occupied the position of Executive Vice President-Global Product Management at The Walt Disney Studios and Executive Vice President & General Manager at Buena Vista International, Inc.

She received an undergraduate degree from Pomona College.
