M. Vincenza Sera occupies the position of Chairman of Dream Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust.

She is also on the board of Equitable Bank Banque équitable, Equitable Group, Inc., DREAM Unlimited Corp. and The Investment Management Corp. of Ontario and Member of Institute of Corporate Directors.

In the past she was Vice President of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Chairman at Ontario Pension Board, Managing Director-Financial Institutions Group at National Bank Financial, Inc. and Co-Head-Canadian Financial Institutions Group at Putnam Lovell NBF Group, Inc.

She received an MBA from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree from the University of Windsor.
