Presently, he holds the position of Chairman at Supply Chain Resources Group, Inc., Chairman of Atonarp, Inc. and Founding Managing Partner at Celesta Global Capital Managers LLC and Co-founding Partner at Riverwood Capital Management LP which he founded. Mr. Brathwaite is also Partner at Riverwood Capital LLC and on the board of 11 other companies.

In the past he was Chief Technology Officer of Flex Ltd. Vice President & General Manager-Operations at nChip, Inc. Chief Technology Officer at Flextronics Corp. and Chief Technology Officer at Flextronics International Ltd. (which are all subsidiaries of Flex Ltd.), Principal at Intel Corp., Principal at Ambarella, Inc., Director at Lighting Science Group Corp., Chairman for Aptina LLC and Director at Globant LLC.

He received a graduate degree from The University of Waterloo and an undergraduate degree from McMaster University.
