In his past career he held the position of Managing Director & Head-Health Care Group at ING Baring Furman Selz LLC and Managing Director & Head-Thrift Coverage Group at Salomon Brothers, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University, a graduate degree from New York Law School and an MBA from Zicklin School of Business.
