Presently, Rolf Nonnenmacher is Chairman of Regierungskommission Deutscher Corporate Governance Kodex.

He is also on the board of Continental AG, ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and Covestro Deutschland AG and Professor at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main.

In the past he occupied the position of Co-Chairman at KPMG Europe LLP and Senior Partner at KPMG Consulting AG.

He received an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Regensburg and a doctorate from the University of Hohenheim.
