since 2009, and Partner at Shenzhen Zhu Mao Investment Enterprise since 2015.
Dr. Liu currently serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. from 2001 to 2014 and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at UBI Blockchain Internet Ltd.
Dr. Liu completed his undergraduate degree at Wuhan University in 1986, another undergraduate degree at the University of Hong Kong in 2004, and a doctorate degree at Tarlac State University in 2010.
