Presently, Yiu Ming Kwan holds the position of Chief Financial Officer & Secretary of A-Chow Engineering Holdings Co., Ltd.

He is also Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Hong Kong), Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Associate for Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

In the past he was Chief Financial Officer & Secretary at Sinopharm Tech Holdings Ltd., Secretary of Huiyin Holdings Group Ltd. and Secretary of China Cloud Copper Co., Ltd.

Mr. Kwan received an undergraduate degree from Curtin University of Technology.
