Investment AB Latour è una società con sede in Svezia. L'oggetto dell'attività della Società è l'acquisizione e la gestione di azioni e altri beni mobili. Le sue operazioni sono suddivise in due linee di business. Una è costituita dalle operazioni industriali e di trading, interamente di proprietà, e l'altra è un portafoglio con partecipazioni quotate in borsa. Le sue attività industriali e commerciali sono organizzate in quattro aree di business: Hultafors Group, Latour Industries, Specma Group e Swegon. Il portafoglio di investimenti della Società comprende Assa Abloy, Fagerhult, HMS Networks, Loomis, Nederman, Nobia, Securitas, Sweco e Tomra. Le operazioni della Società sono gestite dalle sue due filiali interamente controllate, Nordiska Industri AB e Latour-Gruppen AB, la negoziazione di azioni e titoli è gestita da Karpalunds Angbryggeri AB, mentre l'amministrazione dei titoli è gestita dalla filiale interamente controllata, Saki Forvaltning AB.
