Forlì, 29 maggio 2024 - Unieuro S.p.A. (Euronext STAR Milan: UNIR) rende noto che, al fine di fornire un maggior grado di dettaglio su alcune poste della seconda sezione della Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti, si è proceduto nuovamente al deposito della stessa relazione, con evidenza delle modifiche apportate.

Il suddetto documento è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società, nonché pubblicati sul sito internet della Società (www.unieurospa.com) nella sezione Corporate Governance / Assemblee degli Azionisti / Assemblea 2024 e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio EMARKET Storage, consultabile all'indirizzo www.emarketstorage.com.

PUBLICATION OF REPORT ON REMUNERATION POLICY AND RECOMPENSE PAID

(Euronext STAR Milan: UNIR) hereby announces that, in order to provide greater details in respect of certain items of Section II of the Report on remuneration policy and recompense paid, a new version of the document has been filed, which shows the amendments in track-changes.

The above-mentioned document is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the company's website (www.unieurospa.com), in the section Corporate Governance / Shareholders' Meetings / 2024 Shareholders' Meeting, and on the storage mechanism EMARKET Storage available at www.emarketstorage.com.
