Agnes Judith Alice Belaisch

Dr. Agnes J.
Belaisch is the Head of Sovereign Debt at Edmond De Rothschild Asset Management (France) SA (UK Branch).
She was previously in charge of economic and market analysis at the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), the Eurozone’s bailout fund based in Luxembourg.
Before that, she was in charge of Emerging Market Strategy at Threadneedle Asset Management in London where she also managed an emerging sovereign debt fund.
She spent 10 years at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) where she became an expert in several emerging countries in Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Dr. Belaisch holds a PhD in economics from New York University (NYU).
