Luga is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer of Afp General Insurance Corp.
He is also a Director at Philippine National Construction Corp., and will be a Director at National Reinsurance Corp.
of the Philippines starting in 2023.
He is a Member of the Philippine Insurers Club, Government Services Insurance System, Insurance Institute For Asia & The Pacific, Philippine Machinery Management Services Corp., and Philippine Insurers & Reinsurers Association.
In the past, he served as Chairman of Camp Aguinaldo Golf & Country Club, Director of National Reinsurance Corp.
of the Philippines, and Director of Riviera Sports & Country Club, Inc. He was also Vice Chief of Staff at the Armed Forces of The Philippines.
Mr. Luga holds an MBA from the University of Ateneo de Manila, a graduate degree from The United States Army Command & General Staff College, and an undergraduate degree from Philippine Military Academy.
