Alana Scott

Ms. Alana Scott is Wealth Advisor at Mariner Wealth Advisors LLC since 2009.
She provides wealth management solutions to clients using the fundamental concepts of financial planning.
She believes that fiscal health and well-being begins and ends with a solid financial plan and that this plan should be the blueprint to help achieve one’s goals and objectives.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Scott was director of The O’Renick Companies, a Kansas City-based Registered Investment Advisor that provides services to high-net-worth individuals, trusts, corporations and qualified retirement plans.
Ms. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia and a master’s of business administration from Georgia State University.
She is a registered CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, completing her studies at the UMKC Bloch School of Financial Planning and she is a member of the Financial Planner’s Association of Kansas City.
