Amichai Hammer

Amichai Hammer is a General Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Evergreen.
Since 1997,he has served as the Corporate Controller of Evergreen, with its various private equity activities.
Throughout his eight years at Evergreen, Amichai has gained extensive financial experience in reporting, taxation, monitoring and budgeting.
Amichai manages the finance and legal group in Evergreen which provides professional services to the Funds, its investors and portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Evergreen, Amichai was a Senior Auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
He holds a B.A.
in Accounting & Economics and a CPA from Bar-Ilan University and an Executive MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
