Andrew LaPrade

Andrew LaPrade joined Flagship in 2020 and serves as Director, Administration & Executive Communications for the office of Flagship's founder and CEO.
Prior to joining Flagship, Andrew served as Chief of Staff to Bryan Rafanelli, the Founder and CEO of Rafanelli Events Management, a global luxury events and brand consulting firm headquartered in Boston, Mass.
In this role, he served as senior staff to the organization’s founder and chief creative officer, providing high-touch support as well as broadly promoting and executing the vision and strategic priorities set by the firm’s leadership.
Prior, Andrew held roles as Director, Operations and Administration at Clarendon Group, a consulting firm focused on communications, strategy, and social impact and Executive Operations Administrator at Harvard University.
Both roles included logistics support, cross-functional operations support, special projects, and supervision of other administrative staff members.
Andrew started his career at Atlas Venture where he supported the technology investment team and planned Limited Partner investor meetings and offsites.
Andrew holds a B.S in International Business from the University of Vermont.
