Andy Russell

Andy Russell is a brand development and operations executive with 25+ years of experience in leading teams in Fortune 25 companies as well as marketing services organizations.
With marketing giants Procter & Gamble and Pepsico, Andy helped launch Liquid Tide and Aquafina water.
In 2000, he completed a management buyout of AGA Marketing and Design, a full service international direct marketing agency.
Under his leadership, AGA was the first advertising agency ever named as a finalist for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
AGA’s impressive client roster included American Express, AVON, Bed Bath and Beyond, Godiva, Harrods, Lowes, Manchester United, Mercedes-Benz and Tumi.
After AGA’s annual profit performance improved to over $12 million, it was sold in 3 separate transactions to private equity and strategic investors.
Since AGA’s sale, Andy has provided brand strategy consulting services to industries from food/beverage/restaurants to telecom to apparel.
He has also been an Operating Partner for private equity firms which invest in branded consumer products and service businesses.
Most recently, Andy has been the acting Chief Revenue Officer for Rapid Oxygen, an early stage med-tech company that invented and manufactures a patented, FDA-cleared emergency oxygen first aid device.
Andy is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Princeton University with a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
