He has managed funds and portfolio management teams across a full range of mandates, from fixed income to global multi-asset funds, at some of the largest asset managers in the country.
He was founder and CIO of Atlantic Asset Management in 2007, providing a growth platform from which a range of funds and solutions were launched, before they were acquired by the FirstRand Group.
Most recently, he served as Global Investment Strategist at Ashburton Investments, chairing the Global Macro Forum and with day-to-day responsibility of portfolio management of their Global Multi-Asset Fund range.
He has an Honours degree in Mathematical Statistics and is a CFA charterholder.
