Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Brown served two years as Tremont's Corporate Controller.
Before joining Tremont, he spent five years with Ernst & Young LLP, most recently as a manager, where his clients included numerous alternative investment companies.
Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marist College.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Brown has completed the Series 27 and Series 63 securities licensing requirements.
