Atul Madahar

Atul Madahar is a Principal at the Austin office and brings industry and technology investment experience to TL’s information technology and communications groups.
His industry experience includes semiconductors, communications, networking and wireless technologies.
Prior to TL, Atul was a venture consultant to Inflection Point Ventures, investing in seed and early stage technology firms in the Mid-Atlantic.
Atul has also been an investment professional at other venture funds where he led the complete investment process for a number of expansion stage investments in the technology and enterprise software sectors.
Atul has functional experience in technology marketing and business development combined with extensive international exposure.
Companies that he has worked for include Synctomi, NEC, AMD and Mitsubishi Semiconductors.
Atul received his Master of Business Administration degree, in finance, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and has an MS degree in Microelectronic
