Aylesh Patel

Aylesh identifies and supports ambitious management teams across London looking to take the next step in their growth journey with the backing of a private equity partner.
Since joining LDC in 2015, he has supported the growth of several businesses across the industrials, business services and financial services sectors.
This includes Acora, REAL Digital, Lucida Group, Kerv, Onecom, Magicard, Paladone and Lucida Group.
Through the firm’s three-year partnership with Paladone, Aylesh helped the business to expand internationally doubling its international sales as well as invest in its digital platforms helping to grow revenues by more than 65%.
Aylesh is a qualified accountant and has a degree in Mathematics from Manchester University.
Before joining LDC, he spent three years as a senior executive in the mid-market M&A team at EY, having previously worked in the firm’s audit practice.
