Barbara Phelippeau

Barbara Phélippeau, Partner and Head of People & Culture, has been responsible for HR strategy at Golding since May 2023, People & Culture and Employer branding.
She has over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing innovative HR strategies in fast-growing, international companies.
Prior to Golding Capital Partners, she spent three years as CPO at PlanetHome, where her responsibilities included People & Culture, employer brand building and leadership development.
Before that, in a newly created role as CHRO, she took responsibility for HR strategy and cultural integration in the merger of DencoHappel and Fläkt Woods into FläktGroup.
In her other positions, such as Knauf Insulation, Philip Morris International and Miltenyi Biotec, she also focused on growth, change and leadership development.
Barbara Phélippeau completed her law studies in Mannheim with a focus on business and corporate law and is a licensed attorney.
