At MSD Partners, he established an in-house energy practice that invested over $1.6 billion of family office and third-party capital across asset classes: public and private equity, credit and commodities.
His investment performance, team-building skills and broad-based network ultimately earned him the opportunity to establish Declaration Partners.
Mr. Frank currently serves as a board member of Enstructure, Redesign Health and viagogo and previously served on a number of boards across a range of industries.
He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
He holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
