Bruce R.
Lederman has been Executive Vice President and Secretary of HD Partners Acquisition Corp.
since December 2005.
He was a Director of HD Partners Acquisition from December 2005 to April 2006.
Mr. Lederman is a Member of Industrial Equity Capital LLC, which he joined as a Founding Member in 2002.
He is Managing Member of Value Investments LLC.
From 1999 to 2004, he was Chief Operating Officer, Vice Chairman and a Co-Founder of AssureSat, Inc. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Lederman was a Co-founder and Vice Chairman of Unisite, Inc. Until his retirement in 1999, Mr. Lederman was a Senior Partner of Latham & Watkins LLP, which he joined in 1968.
He received an LLB from the Harvard Law School in 1967 and a BS degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance & Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania in 1964.
He attended the London School of Economics at the University of London, where he studied Economics from 1962 to 1963.
