Warburton is Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary at Hawksmoor Investment Management Ltd.
With more than twenty years experience of financial services regulation he has wide experience of FSA, Channel Island, Cayman, and SEC regulation.
He has held both Executive and Non-Executive directorships of a number of regulated organisations, whilst as a Compliance Consultant Mr. Warburton has assisted numerous organisations to gain FSA authorisation.
He has given evidence to the Treasury and Civil Service Committee (now the Treasury Committee of the House of Commons) reviewing self regulation and initiated the founding of the UK Association of Compliance officers, which was subsequently re-launched as the Compliance Institute by the then Chairman of the FSA.
