Monachello served as President & Chief Executive Officer at Coparex Canada from 1996 to 1999, and at Stylus Exploration, Inc. from 1999 to 2002.
He was also Director & Vice President-Exploration at Paramount Resources Ltd.
from 1980 to 1996.
From 2011 to 2013, he served as President, Director & Head-Investor Relations at Winstar Resources Ltd.
Prior to his executive roles, he worked as a Geologist at Amoco Petroleum, Inc. Mr. Monachello earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in 1974.
