David H.
Pratt has been a Director of Terax Energy, Inc. since April 19, 2006.
Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Harvest Natural Resources from 1989 to 1994 and from 2000 to 2001.
Mr. Pratt held various finance positions at Cincom Systems and the Lawson Associates from 1986 to 1989.
He held various positions at May Petroleum, Inc. from 1982 to 1986 and at Arthur Andersen from 1974 to 1982.
Mr. Pratt is a Certified Public Accountant.
He received a BS degree and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
