Stake is a Portfolio Manager at Barings LLC.
She is a member of the firm's Alternative Investments, a global real estate, private equity and real assets platform.
She is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the Real Estate team, responsible for the development and execution of portfolio strategy, as well as reporting, investor relations and all other activities related to several real estate equity funds and separate accounts.

She was also a Director at UBS Realty Investors responsible for managing the US research team in developing portfolio strategy and market research and an Acquisition Analyst and a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser.
She holds a B.S.
in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Economics and an M.A.
in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
