Donza Worden

Donza Worden is a Vice President with NMS.
Donza joined NMS in 2017 and is involved in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and monitoring the firm’s investments.
Prior to joining NMS, Donza was an Associate at LaSalle Capital (“LaSalle”), a Chicago-based, middle-market private equity firm focused on food and beverage and business services investments.
During his tenure at LaSalle, Donza was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and monitoring the firm’s investments.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Donza was an Analyst in the industrial investment banking group of Robert W.
Baird in Chicago, where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions, and equity and debt financings.
Donza graduated summa cum laude from Albion College with a B.A.
in Economics in 2012.
