Dwight McRae

Dwight McRae joined Kennedy in 1996 and is responsible for the asset management of several client portfolios.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McRae was Vice President of commercial properties for Sabey Corporation where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of over 2 million square feet, negotiating over 6 million square feet of leases and preparing department and project budgets for the company.
His responsibilities also included direction of a staff of 20 marketing and asset management professionals.
From 1984 through 1989, Mr. McRae was a project manager for BetaWest Properties, Inc. He managed and supervised construction of over $300 million of office, industrial and mixed use projects in three western states.
Mr. McRae received his MBA degree from the University of Washington and holds a BS degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University.
