Susan Evans has been a Director of Enbridge, Inc. since joining the company in 1996 and is a Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
She is a Director of Enbridge Pipelines, Inc. and Canadian Oil Sands Limited.
Ms. Evans was Vice President of Law and Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary for Encor, Inc. She was Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Province of Alberta, a Director of Canada Deposit Insurance Corp., Chairman of the Judicial Compensation Commission for the Province of Alberta and Commissioner of the Alberta Financial Review Commission.
