Eduardo Saucedo

From 1983 to 1996 Mr. Saucedo was president of International Consulting Firm, Inc., a small firm providing financial engineering services to medium size Latin American companies and consulting advice to international organizations.
From 1978 to 1983 he was with the International Finance Corporation in Latin America.
From 1974 to 1978 he worked with chemical companies of Grupo Mexicano Somex, first as a projects engineer and then in the financial area.
He obtained a B.S.
in Mexico City and a M.S.
in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
