Haralampu is a Member of Investment Policy Committee at B&L Asset Management LLC.
She has extensive experience advising both businesses and non-profit entities on the design and taxation of employee benefits, executive compensation, equity-based compensation programs and health plans.
She also designs employment agreements, and advises on various tax and employment law matters.
She represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and U.S.
Department of Labor, and counsels on ERISA controversies in the courts.
She is expertise includes the areas of healthcare privacy and other health law issues.
She received her Honors Graduate from Wellesley College, a LL.M.
from Boston University School of Law and J.D.
from Suffolk University Law School.
