Floyd W. Collins

Mr. Collins has been in the venture capital industry since 1978.
From 1988 to 1998, he was a Founding and Managing Partner of Conrad/Collins Merchant Banking Group Ltd., a boutique merchant banking firm sponsoring lower-middle-market buyout and recapitalization transactions.
From 1995 to 1997, on assignment with Hibernia National Bank of New Orleans, Louisiana, he formed and was President of Hibernia Capital Corporation, the bank's wholly-owned SBIC subsidiary.
From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Collins was self-employed.
From 1985 to 1986, he was Executive Vice President of Hickory Venture Capital Corporation (an SBIC) of Huntsville, Alabama, for which he opened a Dallas office.
From 1983 to 1985, Mr. Collins was a General Partner of Sunwestern Investment Group, a Dallas-based venture capital company, and President of Sunwestern Capital Corporation, its wholly-owned SBIC subsidiary.
From 1978 to 1983, he was employed by First Southern Capital Corporation, an SBIC located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Mr. Collins holds a BSBA degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a MBA degree from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
