Frank McGee

A partner in the firm, Mr. McGee serves as chief operating officer, with responsibilities encompassing administration, finance, and compliance.
Additionally, he is the relationship manager for several clients.
He began his investment career in 1975 at Merrill Lynch, where he acquired extensive strategic planning and management experience, covering a broad range of operating areas within investment management firms.
Subsequently, he was appointed director of marketing at Riggs Bank in Washington, D.C., with responsibility for administration and new product development.
Prior to joining Systematic, Mr. McGee was affiliated with Pacific Capital Asset Management as president and managing director, responsible for creating and implementing an investment management subsidiary for their parent company, the Bank of Hawaii.
His responsibilities at Pacific Capital expanded to include all areas of management, including finance, compliance, administration, and marketing.
Mr. McGee received an M.B.A.
from George Washington University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Penn State University with a B.A.
in business management.
